At Growth Affinity, we are committed to providing exceptional digital marketing services to help our clients achieve their business goals. However, due to the nature of digital services, we have set clear guidelines regarding refunds and returns to ensure fairness and clarity for both parties.

Refund Eligibility

Refund requests will be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Service Non-Delivery: If we fail to deliver agreed-upon services within the specified timeframe, clients may be eligible for a refund. This includes situations where there is a significant delay or if the service is not delivered as agreed upon in the contract.
  • Incorrect Service Delivery: If the services delivered do not align with the client’s agreed objectives, a partial refund may be issued depending on the situation. This must be reported within 7 days of delivery for evaluation.
  • Agency Error: If the services are compromised due to agency mistakes (e.g., issues with digital campaigns, data inaccuracies, or errors in strategy execution), a refund request can be considered. The agency will assess the situation and, where necessary, offer a partial or full refund.

Non-Refundable Services

Certain services are non-refundable due to their nature, including but not limited to:

  • Consultation Fees: Fees paid for one-time consultations are non-refundable.
  • Custom Development or Design Work: Once custom work has been initiated or delivered, refunds will not be provided.
  • Monthly Retainers: For ongoing services (such as web development, social media management, or PPC), refunds will not be issued for work that has been completed during the month. However, clients may cancel the retainer with a 30-day notice period.
  • Subscription or Software Services: If we have facilitated the purchase of third-party software, tools, or subscriptions on behalf of the client, these fees are non-refundable as per the terms of the third-party provider.

Return Policy for Digital Assets

Due to the digital nature of our services, returns of digital assets (e.g., reports, analytics data, campaign results) are not possible once they have been delivered. Clients are encouraged to thoroughly review any work before it is considered complete.

Process for Refund Request

To request a refund, clients must:

  • Submit a Written Request: Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 30 days of the service delivery date. Requests should detail the reason for the refund and any supporting evidence.
  • Evaluation Period: Once a refund request is received, our team will evaluate the situation and may request additional information. The agency will provide a response within 7 business days regarding the outcome of the refund evaluation.
  • Partial or Full Refund: Based on the evaluation, the agency will decide whether a full or partial refund is warranted. In cases of partial refunds, the refunded amount will be determined based on the proportion of the service delivered versus undelivered.

Refund Process and Timelines

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 14 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. If the original payment method is no longer available, a credit toward future services may be offered.

Client’s Responsibilities

  • Communication: Clients are expected to communicate clearly regarding expectations and any dissatisfaction with the services provided. We will work with clients to resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Timely Feedback: Clients are required to provide timely feedback during the course of service execution to ensure that the services delivered align with their needs. Failure to provide adequate feedback or responses may impact the eligibility for refunds.

Cancellation of Services

Clients may cancel services at any time by providing a written notice. For monthly services or retainers, a minimum of 30 days’ notice is required for cancellation. No refunds will be issued for services rendered prior to cancellation.

Amendments to the Refund and Return Policy

We reserve the right to amend or update this Refund and Return Policy at any time. Any changes to the policy will be communicated to clients, and the updated policy will take effect immediately upon posting on our website.
